On the 25th May I had a very stressful breakdown in a company van, on a very busy A road in rush hour traffic. The clutch went and I couldn't use the gearbox. I was in Swindon and needed to get the van back to Newbury where our company is based and to a local garage. I was then highly recommended to give E J Transport a call, and I now see why. Max went above and beyond to get there even out of business hours to get this van to a safe location in record time. He also talked me through how to get it to a safe position in the meantime until he could drive from Newbury to Swindon. He then transported the van to a Newbury garage and sent me photos of where it was and where the keys were so I knew everything went okay. His skill and service completely exceeded all my expectations and he is in a league of his own in the transport & recovery industry. I work in the motor industry myself, and I will 100% be recommending him to all our future clients and using him for our personal needs. Superb service, 24 hour call out and very competitive pricing.

Got a flat in our rental car and both Hertz and AA were completely useless. EJT was super responsive, came to our aid in 20 minutes, and towed us all the way to Heathrow. He was very friendly and we had some great conversation on the long drive, made an otherwise stressful day much better. All for a great rate, too. Highly recommended.

After having an absolute nightmare of hitting a pot hole & my tyre popping in Swindon , I called EJT after reading remarkable reviews about this service weeks ago. Max was very efficient and left with in minutes of me calling late at night on a rainy evening. Not only did Max make me massively at ease, he gave me options of what I could do with my car as I was completely clueless when it comes to cars 🙃. I spoke with Max at EJT after being referred via a local garage. Max was polite professional and extremely helpful. I had been given an extremely tight deadline to move my car (48 hours) and within that time Max had collected the car, sent me pictures and videos of it being collected and delivered.
